Collaboration, Insight, and Connection
On September 17-18th 2024, Solwr welcomed a group of hand-selected clients to Ålesund for this year’s Brukerforum. Hosted at PIR Cowork and Solwr’s office, the event brought together key customers to explore product updates and collaborate on future initiatives.
The two-day forum provided a platform for open discussion on what has worked well, where improvements are needed, and how Solwr can continue delivering value. Central to the event were interactive workshops that allowed participants to engage directly with Solwr’s product specialists, providing insights that will guide upcoming product development.
This year also introduced Produkttorg, a new concept where participants rotated between product stations, engaging in focused discussions about topics ranging from robotics to software innovations. This format replaced traditional workshops and proved highly effective, offering deeper interactions and more dynamic exchanges.
Attendees were given an exclusive preview of new R&D projects for Trace™—insights that have not yet been publicly announced. These sessions offered customers the opportunity to not only learn about Solwr’s roadmap, but also provide input to shape product development based on their needs.
Alongside the structured sessions, participants enjoyed informal networking moments, with a standout gathering on the terrace at PIR. Surrounded by clear skies, panoramic views of the fjord, and open discussions, this setting fostered meaningful connections beyond the meeting rooms.
Looking Ahead
The feedback and insights gathered during Brukerforum 2024 will be incorporated into Solwr’s product strategy and development efforts in the coming months. Plans are already underway for next year’s forum, set for September 16-17th, 2025, where Solwr aims to build on this year’s success and continueits close collaboration with customers.
“We are grateful for the time and input from all the participants,” said Solwr’s CCO Fredrik Kallevig. “These discussions are invaluable as we develop solutions that meet the needs of our customers today and in the future. We look forward to welcoming everyone back to Ålesund next year.”
