"The robot meets the challenge of recruiting qualified labour for the logistics and warehouse sector and will be one of many awe-inspiring examples of next-generation technology being launched at the show", Says Akoba media.
During the show, the team set up a mini warehouse on the booth and performed live picking demos every 30min, attracting more than 300 requests for follow-up including all the key-wholesaler in the food retail industry. James Hall & Co, the primary wholesaler for Spar UK in Northern England, will be the first to get Grab at their depot in Preston, leading the way for scalable automation in this sector.
