Solwr Software make changes in management
Torbjørn Krogen is CEO of Solwr Group and general manager of the companies Solwr Robotics and Solwr Software. On 1st of March, he’s passing over the leadership position in the Software company to the current COO, Beate Vigmostad Grøvik.
In recent years, Solwr has invested significant amounts in product development, while major changes have been made to the business model and organization. Solwr is now rigged and ready to move into a new phase of growth and internationalization.
Grøvik has worked closely with Krogen for a year and a half and has held the position of COO since September 2021.

- Beate and I have worked closely for a long time, and I am very pleased that she is taking this position. I will continue as CEO of Solwr Group and General Manager of Solwr Robotics. Together we will contribute in realizing Solwr's growth ambitions, says Torbjørn Krogen.
Grøvik came to Solwr in 2021, when she moved from Oslo and her job at Posten Norge. At Posten Norge, she most recently worked as head of Service and Innovation in Bring Courier and Express, where she was, among other things, responsible for the rollout of the new TMS (Glow) in the Nordic region. Throughout her eleven years at Posten Norge, she worked within most parts of the group, both with strategy work, major projects and various acquisitions.
The new manager look forward to continuing the journey Solwr Software has with the product Trace together with some of Norway's largest players in the grocery and retail industry.
- I am looking forward to taking on this responsibility and am humbled by the task of continuing the work in a company that has worked with log-tech all the way back to the 80s. The development and introduction of the IT system Trace together with innovative customers and skilled employees is incredibly motivating, says the incoming manager.
